Last month, I had the pleasure of attending the SCiP Alliance Conference. This annual conference brings together practitioners, researchers, policymakers and funders all working to support service children.

Each year, there is an annual theme. For 2025, "whole person, whole journey" recognised "the need for collaboration across education, youth work, health, and wellbeing, ensuring seamless support from early years to adulthood" (SCiP Alliance, 2025). Held this year in Glasgow, the conference highlighted "Scotland's pioneering work while fostering cross-border learning through practical workshops, expert panels, and keynote insights" (SCiP Alliance, 2025).

Philip Dent, SCiP Alliance Director, ended the conference by encouraging attendees to "reach out and welcome in" individuals to join the community. In this spirit, I'm sharing my visual summary of the conference with the DRN community.
